Donna Leedle joined Mentor TennisSee as a volunteer in May 2009. She emerged quickly as an integral part of the team, and soon agreed to coordinate all volunteer activity. A Franklin, TN, resident, Donna commuted more than an hour each day to help lead Mentor TennisSee summer programming in East Nashville. Perhaps most telling, Donna's mid-summer vacation left the kids asking every day when she would be back (we're sure it had nothing to do with her car full of candy either...). Beginning Fall 2009, Donna will assume the role of volunteer Program Director, allowing her to be directly involved with all facets of Mentor TennisSee's development. Thanks to her help, Mentor TennisSee is on track to becoming one of the nation's best inner-city tennis and education programs.
